It’s time for the 14th annual New Braunfels’ Wein and Saengerfest!

A unique heritage festival blended with old, but familiar traditions. Held in charming, historic downtown New Braunfels, this festival has something for everyone!

Wineries from throughout Texas will be invited to participate in a wine tasting event. Musicians will perform throughout the day, including a street dance from 7:30-10PM.

Other special events include a Grape Stomp, WeinStein University (wine and craft beer related seminars), a Chef Showdown (amateur chef competition), craft beer tasting, food trucks and family activities. The Marktplatz (German for marketplace), features talented artists and craftsman from throughout the state and beyond, who showcase their handcrafted artwork and food items

Wein and Saengerfest does not have an admission or entrance fee. There are fees associated with different elements of the festival, like wine and craft beer tasting, but the event is free.

Wein and Saengerfest is a street festival that takes place on portions of San Antonio Street and Castell Avenue in downtown New Braunfels. Parking is available curbside or in various parking lots in the downtown area. Please visit the Festival Map/Parking to view the event map with parking options.

Wein and Saengerfest is fun for the entire family! We even have an entire street dedicated to kids and family activities like a grape stomp, giant board games and more!
